การขอต่ออายุสถานะนักท่องเที่ยว B1/B2 Extensions มีโอกาสผ่านมากน้อยแค่ไหน
คำตอบคือ ขึ้นกับสถานการณ์แต่ละเคสนะคะ ถ้าหากมีเอกสารครบและมีเหตุผลที่ดี อิมมิเกรชั่นก็ต่อให้ โดยที่ควรจะเริ่มเตรียมเคสแต่เนิ่นๆ เนื่องจากอิมมเกรชั่นใช้เวลาในการพิจารณาเคสค่อนข้างนาน ระหว่างที่รอเรื่องพิจารณา ถ้าหากสถานะเดิมหมดอายุลง คุณสามารถอยู่ในอเมริกาได้โดยมีเงื่อนไขบางประการ คุณควรปรึกษาทนายความเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณสามารถอยู่ได้ถึงวันที่เท่าไหร่
